How do I request a Reaper Mark (PvP/PK)?

All PK requests are made in the Journals forum using the "pinned" template at the top of the sub-forum. Players must explain the circumstances around their request and articulate potential impacts in-character and out-of-character. Players must also acknowledge having read PvP policies.
